Sea trout fishing in Denmark

No planning

Last week I visted Denmark Fishing Lodgde with my friend Jarle. It was a very spontaneous trip. No planning, just ordering plane tickets, throwing some fishing gear in our bags and head for the airport.

After a 50 minutes flight we arrived at Billund airport in Denmark. From the airport to the Lodge there is a 1 hour 30 minutes drive.

The Lodge’s farmyard has some small tables where you can enjoy your beer.

Inside the reception there is also a small shop where you can buy the fishing stuff you forgot home or broke during fishing. From the left:

The Lodge is a great place to get some work done, relax, eat or plan your fishing.

Valentina and Natasha served superb authentic Italian food with great humor and a big smile. This alone was worth the stay. They made us feel special.

Ok, so we also did some fishing, but we had no luck catching anything this time.

Heading back to the airport 48 hours after we arrived. For sure, I’ll be back soon…
